# Digital wallets

> Add PointZero cards to Apple Pay and Google Pay with push provisioning, track wallet token statuses, and remove a card from a device.

Push provisioning adds a card to Apple Pay or Google Pay directly from your app. Each wallet entry is a wallet token linked to the card.

<Note>
  The customer must have a `phone` number in E.164 format. It is required for wallet provisioning.
</Note>

## Provision a card

```bash theme={null}
curl https://api.pointzero.io/v1/cards/card_01JZ8N2K4M/wallet-tokens \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $POINTZERO_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -H "Idempotency-Key: $(uuidgen)" \
  -d '{
    "wallet": "apple_pay",
    "device_id": "<device ID from the wallet SDK>",
    "device_name": "Alex'\''s iPhone"
  }'
```

| Field | Description |
| - | - |
| `wallet` | `apple_pay` or `google_pay`. Required. |
| `device_id` | Device identifier supplied by the wallet SDK. |
| `device_name` | Name of the device, shown in the token. |

The token is `pending` until the wallet confirms it.

| Token status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `pending` | Provisioning started, waiting for the wallet to confirm. |
| `active` | The card can be used from the wallet. |
| `suspended` | The token is temporarily unusable. |
| `removed` | The token was removed from the wallet. |

## List and remove tokens

[List wallet tokens](/api-reference/wallets/list-wallet-tokens) to see every device a card is on. To take a card off one device, call [Remove from a wallet](/api-reference/wallets/remove-from-a-wallet):

```bash theme={null}
curl -X DELETE https://api.pointzero.io/v1/cards/card_01JZ8N2K4M/wallet-tokens/wlt_01JZ9A2K4M \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $POINTZERO_API_KEY"
```

In-store wallet payments count as contactless, so they follow the card's `allow_contactless` [authorization control](/guides/spending-and-authorization-controls).
