Pagination

Every list endpoint, such as List cards or List transactions, uses cursor pagination and returns up to 100 objects per page.

Parameter	Description
`limit`	Items per page, from 1 to 100. Default `20`.
`starting_after`	Cursor from `next_cursor` of the previous page.

Keep requesting pages while has_more is true:
